Embroidery Digitization & Setup

Custom logos and artwork must be digitized before they can be embroidered. Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a specialized embroidery file that tells our machines how to stitch your design.

$30 — Digitization & Setup

Your artwork will be converted into an embroidery-ready file and kept on file with us for future orders.

$75 — Digitization + File Release

If you would like a copy of your digitized embroidery file for use outside of Medallion Sports, we offer a file-release option.

Please note: The digitization fee applies to the creation of the embroidery production file and does not affect ownership of your original logo or artwork. Any significant changes to a previously digitized design may require a new digitization/setup fee.
